Packing Tape Technique - One Hour Card Class 052 - OHCC052

This technique is also known as the Glitter Window Technique.  Kathleenstamps.com has a video on her blog that is much easier for you to understand than me trying to explain how this is done.

Paper: Whisper White, Emerald Envy, Presents and Pinecones DSP (Holiday 2016).

Stamps: Stitched with Cheer.

Ink: Emerald Envy, Cherry Cobbler.

Embellishments: Northern Flurry Impressions Folder, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Silicone Craft Sheet, Emerald Envy Taffeta ribbon, Swiffer cloth, coffee filter, Rhinestone Jewels, packaging tape.

Punch: 2” circle.
