I made this some time ago and did not mark the balloon stamp that I used.
Cardstock: Real Red, White, Tempting Turquoise.
Punch: 1 inch circle, tag.
Ink: Real Red, Black.
Accessories: metal circle price tag.
Stamp: #9 is by Magenta, phrase is computer generated, SU!.
