Milestone Birthday – 3 years old – B03b

Another fun card to put together.  The  Jersey Shore DSP did all the work for me.  I stamped and cut out the balloons but only mounted the top one.  This is what I used inside.

Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Jersey Shore DSP (2008), white, Brilliant Blue, Pumpkin Pie.

Ink: Brilliant Blue, Pumpkin Pie.

Punches: 1” circle, 11/4” scallop circle.
