Inlaid Embossing technique - One Hour Card Class 064 - OHCC064

Stamps: Birthday Blossoms (2017/18), Afterthoughts (retired - hostess 2010/11).

Cardstock: White, Ruby Red, Old Olive, Turquoise, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point, Hello Honey.

Ink: Turquoise, Ruby Red.

Tools: Layering Circles Framelits, bone folder, purchased envelope, dimensionals, Tombow adhesive, snail adhesive, Glue Stick, Elegant Dots embossing folder.

Punches: 1-3/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-1/4”, ¾”, ½”, 1” circles.

A very simple and quick card.  The main trick to this card is to adhere each circle securely – I ran a row of Snail down the center, then finished with a Glue Stick right to the edges.

I cut circles as follows:
Ruby Red: 1-3/8”, 1-1/4”, ¾”; Old Olive: ¾”, ½”; Turquoise: 1”, 1-1/4”; Bermuda Bay: 1-3/8”; Pacific Point: 1”; Hello Honey: ¾”, ½”, ½”.

Before adding the phrase, run the panel through the Elegant Dots embossing folder with the circles facing the logo of the embossing folder.

Add the sentiment with dimensionals.

Stamp a phrase from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set on Turquoise cardstock with Ruby Red ink.  Punch with the 1-3/4” circle punch.  Adhere to inside of card.

Decorate a purchased envelope with the Stampin’ Around ‘Spot On’ image with Turquoise ink.
