SU088 Thinking of You

I brayered the bird image with Versamark, covered it with the Embossing Powder then heat set it. The image is nice and sparkly, altho it doesn't show up on the scan.

Stamps - Garden College, Sanded.

Inks - Bordering Blue, Really Rust, Versamark

Accessories - White pen, brayer, Irridescent Ice EP, heat gun.

I brayered the bird image with Versamark, covered it with the Embossing Powder then heat set it. The image is nice and sparkly, altho it doesn't show up on the scan.

Stamp Set - Lovely as a Tree.

Tear Post It Note and adhere to white glossy cs to mask the snow area.

Brayer with Pretty in Pink.

Make a mask for the moon from Post it Note and a 1" punch.

Brayer with Slate by PSX covering only part of the Pink. Brayer Not Quite Navy covering only part of the Slate. Sponge along Post it Note horizon line with Navy. Remove masks. Sponge Slate on moon to soften. Stamp all trees using Slate. Added touches of glitter to the trees with Sparkles glitter glue by PSX.

SU047 Faux Stitching

Stamps - Mini Mates, Sanded.

Cardstock - Barely Banana, Pale Plum, White.
Ink - Barely Banana, Pale Plum.

Accessories - White pen, scallop circle punch, small oval punch, 13/8" circle punch, photo corner punch.

I added some Faux Stitching by punching holes in the cardstock, using a paper piercing tool, a paper piercing pad and a paper piercing template, to make straight lines. Then with the white gel pen, I drew lines from hole to hole to create the look of thread.  So simple to do.

Accessories - White pen, scallop circle punch, small oval punch, 13/8" circle punch, photo corner punch.

SU147 The Grand Essentials

My daughter bought me two pkgs of these yellow and orange flowers from the Dollar Store so I've been having fun coming up with ideas on how to use them. The centers are really an orange although they didn't scan that color.

CS - White, Only Orange, Yo Yo Yellow, Chocolate Chip.

Ink - Only Orange, Yo Yo Yellow, Chocolate Chip, Garden Green.

Accessories - Garden Green marker, Swiss Dots CB folder, Corner Photo punch,Spring Bouquet Flower punch, Purchased flower, Martha Stewart Embossed ZigZag punch, Carl leaf punch, 1/4" and 1/2" circle punch, sponge.

SU176 Your Friendship

Used the Level 2 Wings of Friendship Hostess set for this card. It was a fun card to make! I swiped the edge of the main image with the LL ink instead of sponging. I stamped the yellow flower on a scrap and used a mount under it.  Added Faux Brads.

Ink - Lavender Lace, So Saffron.
