MDS 044 Ready, Set, Snow Scrapbook Page

Page before adding Photo boxes.
My Digital Studio Software by Stampin' Up!.

This page by inspired by Jessica’s page.  Just follow her instructions to make the hill with the heart punch.

Paper: Textured Bashful Blue (background).

Stamp Brush Sets: Torn Edges – hand torn (White) – drop shadow to 50 Blur to medium and change color to Not Quite Navy; Extreme Snowboard (Night of Navy); Season of Cheer – middle snowflake (White); Best Wishes and more – ready, set, snow (Not Quite Navy); Calendar Basic Bits – snowflake (White); Vintage Overlay – 1st one (White).

Punches: Full Heart – (Not Quite Navy) I kept resizing until it made a hill.  I even stretched it using the buttons that we’re not suppose to touch.  Copy and paste to make another heart – color fill – white – move it so you have a small border of navy showing – change Opacity to 60, Square – White (used this to make my snow drift at the bottom of my page wider).
This is a 12x12 page.

MDS 039 Comfort and Peace Scrapbook Page

Page before adding Photo boxes.
My Digital Studio Software by Stampin' Up!
Here is a page to make last weeks a double page spread.  I first right clicked on my page - Inert Duplicate Page - removed the overlay, sentiment, sleigh - changed Opacity of my moon back to 100%.  This saved me re-doing a lot of it.

Paper: Almost Amethyst – background.

Stamp Brush Sets: Lovely as a Tree – pine tree (Garden Green), Vintage Overlay – 1st one (Lavender Lace), Wishes and Greetings – Comfort and Peace (Garden Green).

Punches: Square – resized to fit the whole page (color fill - white - change Opacity to 40% - now it looks like vellum).  I put my pine tree on now then the overlay.

As I said in last week’s post, you do have to remember to move the overlay and in this case, the ‘vellum’ out of the way first if you want to change anything on your page.  I added Comfort and Peace on top of the overlay.

This is a 12x12 page.
I wanted to use some skating pictures on this page so I changed my background paper and overlay to Marina Mist and got rid of the moon etc.

I do not claim to be any type of photographer.  I have a plain and simple camera and I love to take pictures!

MDS 038 Santa Comes Scrapbook Page

Page before adding Photo boxes.
My Digital Studio Software by Stampin' Up! .
I seen this as a card layout in a magazine and thought it would make a great scrap page!
Paper: Almost Amethyst – background.
Stamp Brush Sets: Torn Edges – hand torn (flip > change color > white > rotate about minus 5 > drop shadow O55 B9), Lovely as a Tree (Garden Green), Old Saint Nick – Santa & sleigh (Basic Gray) & Santa comes (Garden Green), Vintage Overlay – 1st one (Lavender Lace).
Punches: Square to fill in bottom of page (White), Circle for moon – change Opacity to 60 > drop shadow O65 B med (Peach Parfait).

12x12 page.
I did up my page then added the overlay.  I love these overlay stamps but you do have to remember to move them out of the way first if you want to change anything on your page.  My ‘Santa comes’ sentiment was added over top of the overlay.
I wanted to use some skating pictures on this page so I changed my background paper and overlay to Marina Mist and got rid of the moon etc.
