Adorning Accents Daisy – LICI-B-06

Stamps: May Good Things Grow (March 2018 PP), Daisy Delight, Best Birds (inside).

Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Very Vanilla, Everyday Enchantment DSP (SAB 2012).

Ink: Wild Wasabi, Poppy Parade, Soft Suede.

Tools: Stamparatus, bone folder, purchased envelope, sponge, Tombow adhesive, snail adhesive, regular and mini glue dots, Everyday Enchantment brad.

Punches/Dies: Adorning Accents Edgelits (2013/14), Daisy punch, Silent setter, 1/8” hole punch.

I choose a piece of DSP from my Love It Chop It pile measuring 4″ x 5-1/4″.

Set the Adorning Accents Edgelit on an angle on a Very Vanilla scrap about 1” across top and 2” at the bottom.

Set the panel on the Stamparatus.  Stamp the phrase from the May Good Things Grow stamp set which comes from my March 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit.

Lay the stem on the Stamparatus.  Move the top to match the curved edge of the panel and stamp stem in Wild Wasabi ink.

Stamp two daisies with Poppy Parade ink. Punch using the Daisy punch.  Adhere flowers together altering the petals.  Punch a hole in the center with the 1/8” hole punch.  Use the bone folder to curl the petals down.  Position the daisy on the DSP panel where it best suits the stem.  Trace through the circle onto the panel.  Remove daisy and punch a hole through the panel with the Silent setter.  Attach the daisy with a bit of glue then add brad.  Adhere to a Wild Wasabi card.

Stamp phrase and add flower images for the inside.  Decorate an envelope.

I’m still working on the Everyday Enchantment DSP that I have loved and now chopped.  I chopped it in 5-1/4” strips then cut the strips into 4” pieces.  Kept the leftover strips too.  I have stored them in a Full Wide Stamp case. Kylie Bertucci has given us permission to Love It Chop It!
