July 2017 Positively Picturesque Paper Pumpkin Alternatives

I’m pleased to say I have another empty Paper Pumpkin box!  I cannot tell you how many times I pulled this kit out, mulled over it then put it away!  Nothing was coming to me!  Pinterest didn’t even have many ideas for me to steal!  Once I got going, I wondered what my problem was!  Ended up with 18 alternative cards, two of each design from the July 2017 Positively Picturesque Paper Pumpkin kit.
Card 1 of 9

Card 1 of 9: Used the blue card bases that came in the Positively Picturesque kit.  Ran the front through the Lovely Floral EF.  I covered the die cut circle that was also in the kit with strips of Washi Tape.  Punched the sentiment with the Everyday Label punch, tied a bow with the white baker’s twine and added a piece of Pearlized Doily.
Card 2 of 9

Card 2 of 9: I used a Tranquil Tide card base.  I ran the heart panel that came in the kit through the Softly Falling EF.  The Stamparatus helped to plant my flowers in a straight row!  I adhered a piece of window sheet between the grass and flowers.  Stamped ‘thanks’ using Tranquil Tide ink, cut it out with the Stitched Shapes dies.  Used some Pink Powder ribbon and linen thread to finish off the card.

Card 3 of 9
Card 3 of 9: I used the Powder Pink card base that came in the kit.   I cut the small envelopes apart so I could use the green crosses for background paper.  I will use the large envelopes for my cards.  I cut the pre-stamped tulip images that came in the kit with the Stitched Shapes dies.  I added a little Pink Powder ribbon, part of a doily and punched the hearts with the Owl Builder punch.  The sentiment is stamped directly on the card with Lemon Lime Twist ink.
Card 4 of 9
Card 4 of 9: I used Sky Blue for my card base and the circle layer from the kit.  Ran this through the Sequins EF in hopes that it would look like rocks and pebbles, then I added a window sheet behind the circle. I traced around the wooden mountains in Basic Gray and Tranquil Tide and cut them out.  I stamped some water ripples from the High Tide stamp set on a scrap of Sky Blue cs in Sky Blue ink, tore the top then added it to the base of the mountains.  The trees are cut in Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide using the Card Front Builder dies (Holiday 2018).  The lime tree is glued down and the tide trees are on dimensionals.  Add a little deer in Basic Gray from the same dies.  Stamped the sentiment on Lemon Lime Twist cs with Tranquil Tide ink and punched with the Word Window punch.  Added some sequins from my stash.
Card 5 of 9
Card 5 of 9: For the center of this card I used the pre-printed note card with the Lemon Lime Twist watercolor swish on it.  I used Lemon Lime Twist for my card base.  I colored the ‘hooray’ wooden word with the black SU! Marker and adhered to card with Glue Dots.  Stamp the small burst image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Made a bow with Basic Black Baker's Twine.  Stamped the greeting with black in on scrap of white and cut with the Word Window Punch and adhered with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.  Finished off with some black sequins.
Card 6 of 9
Card 6 of 9: Two blue note cards came in this kit so I cut one in half to make 2 cards.  I stamped the watercolor image from the Love What You Do stamp set in Powder Pink ink down the center however, I ended up covering the whole thing!  I covered the circle in Washi Tape.  The congrats and butterflies are cut using the Sunshine Wishes Thinlit dies.  Added some silver thread, sequins and rhinestones.
Card 7 of 9
Card 7 of 9: The center blue piece is the other note card that came in the kit.  I cut it in half to make two cards.  I took the white hearts that popped out of the card faces, pounced my Island Indigo ink pad over them.  Then I pounced with my Versamark ink pad and embossed with Iridescent Ice embossing powder to make it sparkle.  I gold embossed the word ‘love’ plus a scrap of white.  Punched hearts using the Heart to Heart punch, Itty Bitty Accents punch and the Owl Builder punch.  I finished up by adding wash tape from the Paper Pumpkin kit, Island Indigo Ribbon and some sequins.
Card 8 of 9
Card 8 of 9: Now I need to use up the tulip woodcuts.  Planted another straight row of flowers using the stamparatus.  Added Wink of Stella to the tulips and sequins to my bursty flowers.  I had used the grass in an earlier card so I just cut more for this card.  Added a bit of linen thread to the grass.  Used the crop-o-dile to punch out two 3/16” circles from Berry Burst and covered them with Fine Tip glue.  Cut a Pearlized doily in half and used the Word Window punch to punch out the phrase.
Card 9 of 9
Card 9 of 9: For this card, I cut another circle panel as I wanted the circle higher to fit all my stuff on the card, ran it through the Woodland EF and adhered a window sheet behind it.  I found an idea on Pinterest where the lady adhered the mountains on the outside of the circle window. I cut some green Glitter Paper from my stash into trees using the Card Front Builder dies (2017 Holiday).  The word ‘love’ was colored using the Tranquil Tide marker.  Added a little Wink of Stella to it
