Workshop Cards W154, W155, W156, W157

Here are some cards we made at Joanne’s workshop.  She always has a lot of choices for us but these are the ones I chose.

Workshop Card W154
Stamps: Father Christmas.
Paper: Crumb Cake, Real Red, Mossy Meadow, Candy Lane DSP.
Ink: Real Red marker, Early Espresso, Stampin’ Chalk Marker.
Accessories: Dimensionals, 3/8″ Stitched satin Ribbon, pencil crayons, Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, baby wipe, sponge.
Dies: Stitched Shapes Framelit, Layering Framelit.
Stamped Father Christmas with Early Espresso ink on Crumb Cake card stock. I used ordinary pencil crayons to add the color and the White Stampin’ Chalk Marker to color the furs on his suit and his beard.
I cut him out with the largest oval Stitched Shapes Framelit die and sponged with Early Espresso ink, matted it on an Oval Layering Framelit die cut from Mossy Meadow.  Added Dimensionals
I inked the top image on the card front with Early Espresso ink, then removed the ink from Christmas Greetings with a baby wipe, used the marker-to-rubber inking technique with my Real Red marker.  I also used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to be sure it all lined up.  Sponged edges with Early Espresso ink.
Father Christmas stamp set can be found in the 2016 Holiday Catalog.

Workshop Card W155
Paper: White, Dapper Denim, Real Red.
Stamps: Cookie Cutter.
Ink: Black, Soft Suede marker.
Accessories: Snowflake EF, Frosted Sequins, Cherry Cobbler dazzling diamonds, blender pen.
Punches/Dies: Hearth and Home Thinlits, Bitty Banners Framelits, Cookie Cutter Builder punch.

Workshop Card W156
Stamps: Close as a Memory, Morning Meadow, Hardwood.
Paper: Melon Mambo, White.
Ink: Melon Mambo, Black.
Accessories: Summer Starfruit ribbon.

Workshop Card W157
Stamps: Fundamental Phrases.
Paper: Perfect Plum, Pool Party, Glimmer.
Ink: Perfect Plum.
Accessories: rhinestone basic jewels, Dimensionals, sponge, Wink of Stella.
Punches/Dies: Bloomin' Heart Thinlits, Bitty Banners Framelits.
We cut the heart die from both colors of cardstock then cut both hearts in half.  I seemed to do a lot of fiddling to get everything lined up compared to the others but I got it!  The die cut blossoms is layered atop the Bloomin' Hearts cut out.

Thank you for stopping by.  Both Joanne and I are SU! Demonstrators so if at any time you would like to purchase SU! products, give her a call or from my Blog, click on the Shop Now button.  Your order will be delivered right to you (you do have to give SU! a street address, not a box #).
