I used a retired stamp set - Polka Dot Punches (introduced as a 2009 Sale-a-Bration
set) and a new stamp set – Number of Years
(Occasions Mini 2016) to create this card.
Paper: Gold,
White.

Dot Punches (retired), Number of Years.
Ink: Versamark,
Colorbox.
Accessories: Stripes
EF, Swiss Dots EF, Large Number Framelits Die, Glitter ribbon, sponge, mounts,
gold cord, gold embossing powder.
Punches: Full
Heart.
I inked the stripes embossing folder with gold ink then
ran my white panel through it. The hearts
and banner have dimensionals behind them.
I used about 16” of cord.
